These terms govern your use of pixli.dev and any reservation you place through it. They are between you and Pixli Org, Steenstrups Gate 3B, 0554 Oslo, Norway ("Pixli", "we"). By reserving, you accept them.
The short version. Reserving is free, takes no payment, and creates no contract of sale. It reserves your place in the queue for the first production run and nothing more. Pixli is in development: specifications, price, timing and availability may change, and we may not bring it to market at all. If we don't, you have paid nothing and you are owed nothing.
A reservation is an expression of interest. It places you in the queue for the first production run and entitles you to be contacted before general availability.
It is not an order, a purchase, a deposit, a pre-payment, or a binding agreement to buy or sell. No contract of sale is formed by reserving. No money is taken at the point of reservation, and none will be taken without a separate, explicit purchase step in which you are shown the final price and terms and choose to proceed.
Pixli is a product in development and is not yet manufactured. Product images on this site are computer-generated renders and design prototypes, not photographs of a production unit.
Everything described on this site reflects our current design intent. It may change. In particular, and without limitation, the following are subject to change at any time and without notice:
Bringing a physical product to market depends on tooling, certification, component supply, manufacturing capacity, and sufficient demand. Any of these may prevent production.
We give no guarantee, warranty or assurance that Pixli will be manufactured, released or made available for purchase. We may modify, delay, suspend, or cancel the product, the first production run, or the reservation programme entirely, at our sole discretion and at any time, without liability to you.
If we do cancel, we will tell reservation holders by email. As no payment has been taken, no refund arises.
Any price shown is indicative, exclusive of taxes, duties and shipping unless stated, and does not constitute an offer. The price at which Pixli is eventually offered for sale, if it is, may differ. Reserving does not fix a price, secure a unit, or create a right to buy at any particular price.
Where the first production run is limited, reservations may exceed available units. A reservation does not guarantee that a unit will be allocated to you.
You agree that the email address you give is yours and is accurate. We use it as set out in our Privacy Policy. You may cancel your reservation and have your details deleted at any time by emailing hello@pixli.dev. We may cancel or remove a reservation that appears fraudulent, automated, or abusive.
This site is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time. All content, design, images and trade marks on this site remain our property or that of our licensors, and may not be reproduced without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except as stated in section 8:
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights. Those rights will apply in full to any purchase you later make, including — for purchases within the EEA — your right to withdraw from a distance contract. They do not apply to a free reservation, because no contract of sale exists.
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here at the time you reserve. If we make a material change we will update the date above and, where the change affects existing reservation holders, tell them by email.
These terms are governed by Norwegian law, and the courts of Norway have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EEA, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence, and may bring proceedings there.
